This case arises out of a stock redemption agreement executed in May of 1977. At that time the Plaintiff, Rae Schupack, was a stockholder in 2170 East Lake Road, Inc., a firm which was exclusively licensed by McDonald's Corporation to operate McDonald's fast food restaurants in the Erie Pennsylvania area.
