On June 10, 1976, the Petitioner commenced serving a ten year prison term on two counts of first degree robbery. Six of those ten years are subject to 11 Del.C. 832(c) which requires that the first six years "shall not be subject to suspension, and no person convicted under this section shall be eligible for probation or parole ..." during the minimum mandatory periods of imprisonment.
