Relator Richard S. Halvorsen was charged by bill of information with fifteen counts of aggravated crime against nature, La.R.S. 14:89.1, and multiple counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated rape and aggravated crime against nature, La.R.S. 14:26 (14:89.1 and 14:42).
