This appeal involves a judgment on a third party demand by Norman Naquin against Trinity Universal Insurance Company, Naquin's alleged automobile liability insurer, for the attorney's fees incurred by Naquin in defending two consolidated suits in which Trinity denied coverage of Naquin.
