This appeal arises out of the issuance of a permanent injunction against N. D. Callihan, enjoining him from levying execution against four aircraft and other property owned by Personal Jet, Inc. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas adopted the Magistrate's Report and Recommendation which concluded that (1) Paris Jet, Inc. and Aviation Research Corporation were not rendered insolvent upon making a conveyance...
