Following a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, defendant Michael Azzarello was found to be the father of a male child born out of wedlock to plaintiff Sharon Cizek and was ordered to pay child support as well as the cost of child delivery. Defendant's motion for a new trial was denied.
