TITUS, Judge.

Plaintiff sued defendants, then husband and wife, in the Magistrate Court of Greene County for breach of contract in the sum of $1,250. When plaintiff had judgment in the sum prayed for, defendants appealed to the circuit court. That court, sitting without a jury, entered judgment for plaintiff in the sum requested.
