This is a workers' compensation case. Claimant, Geneva Lee Baldwin, injured her right arm, shoulder and back while under the employ of appellee, Club Products Company. She had been hired as a "packer" on an assembly line. At the time of her injury, she was doing heavy lifting while cleaning the plant. The issue before the Administrative Law Judge was whether appellant was barred from receiving Workers' Compensation benefits by reason of making false representations...
