WHITE, Justice.

Defendant, Joyce L. Tipton, was prosecuted on three counts of first degree sexual assault, one count of attempted sexual assault, four counts of use of a knife in commission of a felony, and one count of robbery. The defendant waived his right to a jury trial and was found guilty on all counts charged. The defendant was sentenced to a term of 15 to 20 years on each of the first degree sexual assaults and 5 to 10 years on the attempted sexual assault...
