This is an action by Blanche Luscher, against the defendant, Alexander & Alexander, Inc., a corporation, for damages for fraudulent representations which allegedly induced her to enroll in a group health and accident insurance policy procured on her behalf by her employer, Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.
