PER CURIAM.

The appeal and the cross-appeal in this case both challenge the amount of damages awarded to the plaintiff in a wrongful death action. The appeal, taken by defendant Greer Tank and Welding, Inc. ("Greer"), attacks the trial court's finding that the decedent's divorced wife and nonadopted stepson were "dependents" under AS 09.55.580 of the Alaska Wrongful Death Act.
