Daniel Slaughter was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of criminal trespass to a motor vehicle following a jury trial and sentenced to a term of 360 days imprisonment. (He was acquitted of a second charge, theft by deception.) He appeals, contending that he was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that he was deprived of a fair trial by argument of the prosecutor...
