Chicago Title & Trust Company, as land trustee, brought this action on behalf of a beneficial owner, Dr. Romeo Pallotto (hereinafter plaintiff), to recover insurance benefits under two fire insurance policies issued by defendant, Illinois Fair Plan Association.
