William A. Whitlatch, respondent below, appeals from a decree entered by the District Court for Lancaster County, Nebraska, dissolving his marriage to Gail M. Whitlatch, distributing the personal property of the marriage to the respective parties, awarding the physical and legal custody of the minor child of the marriage to the intervenor, Shirley Krumm, who is the child's maternal grandmother, and awarding child support and attorney's fees.
