This is an appeal from the trial court's interlocutory order refusing to certify a class action under Tex.R.Civ.P. 42. Such an appeal is authorized by the 1979 amendment to Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 2250 (Vernon Supp. 1980).
