An unemployment compensation appeals referee held that petitioner was discharged for work related misconduct pursuant to Section 443.06, Florida Statutes (1977), and, therefore, was not entitled to receive unemployment compensation benefits. Upon review, the Unemployment Appeals Commission affirmed the referee and adopted his decision.
