The above styled cases were consolidated for trial in the Circuit Court of Monongalia County and verdicts for both plaintiffs were returned by the jury. A verdict in the amount of $60,000.00 was returned in favor of Royal Furniture Company and one in the sum of $26,600.00 was awarded to Richard and Hilda Rosenbaum. After motions to set aside the judgments entered on said verdicts were overruled, this appeal...
