This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated robbery, where the jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment.

The sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the conviction is not challenged. Appellant robbed the complaining witness at gunpoint and forced her into her car, then picked up another man. As they drove around for about an hour, appellant and the other man alternately raped the complaining witness and...
