This is a suit upon a sworn account. Plaintiff-Appellant Watson Electric Supply Company originally filed this suit in Travis County, Texas, against Defendant A. M. Fox, "doing business as F and W Electric", and Defendant-Appellee William Warren, Jr., also "doing business as F and W Electric", seeking to recover the alleged balance due of $12,319.00 for "goods, services, wares, and merchandise" allegedly sold by Plaintiff to Defendants...
