Dillard, Jr., the mineral lessee, for damages and injunctive relief against Glen Ball, the surface lessee, who denied the mineral lessee access to the leased property. Ball filed a cross action seeking damages for the breach of an alleged oral contract, and for injunctive relief to prevent Dillard from using an asphalt road during his drilling operations.
