In the two above entitled criminal actions, defendants have been charged with, inter alia, violation of the federal narcotics laws, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. Defendants have now moved, pursuant to Fed. R.Crim.P. 41(f), to suppress certain evidence which was seized from them. Specifically, defendants Tirinkian and Wentz challenge the lawfulness of their arrest and the search incident thereto...
