Plaintiff United States Steel seeks reversal of an order of the Industrial Commission which awarded death benefits to the dependents of Paul C. Draper, based on the finding that his fatal heart attack was an accident which occurred in the course of his employment at the plaintiff's Geneva Steel Plant.1
