A jury trial of plaintiff Thomas Tulgetske's strict tort liability action in the Circuit Court of Madison County ended in a $350,000 verdict in his favor. Tulgetske suffered serious personal injuries, including the loss of the lower portion of his right leg, after a fall from a ladder manufactured by defendant R.D.
