Geneva Davis sues to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her resulting from an alleged assault and battery committed by Harold C. Curtis. The defendants are Curtis, Visco's Inc., and the latter's insurer, United States Fidelity and Guarantee Company (USF & G).
