Howard M. Baldwin (Baldwin) appeals from the judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of speeding. We reverse and remand.

At 10:47 a. m. on January 17, 1980, the Baldwin vehicle's speed was clocked by Highway Patrolman Abrams on Interstate 90 in Meade County, South Dakota.
