In this action, based on G.L.c. 93A, § 9, the plaintiffs, Corina and Thomas J. Murphy, alleged that the defendant, Charlestown Savings Bank (bank), had committed unfair or deceptive acts or practices relating to the servicing and foreclosure of the bank's mortgage on the Murphys' residence.
