Richard L. Scholtz, Dale Wells and Royal Stables, Inc. appeal from a joint and several judgment against them of $3,500.00, plus $1,200.00 attorney's fees for violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 17.46 (Vernon Supp.1980). We reverse and remand because the evidence is insufficient to support the court's finding that the horse had no value when Sigel purchased it for $1,500.00, thus rendering...
