LARSON, Justice.

This appeal and cross-appeal arose out of the sale of farmland and its lease-back. The vendors, the Wilsons, appeal from a decree granting specific performance of the contract of sale and denying their attempt to forfeit the contract. The purchaser, Peter Youngblut, appeals from those portions of the decree denying him equitable and double rent for the Wilsons' holding over after the expiration of the lease...
