The petitioner Benjamin Harris was convicted in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on July 23, 1976, of armed robbery, in violation of § 943.32(1) and (2), Wis.Stats., and sentenced to an indeterminate term of twelve years' imprisonment. His conviction was affirmed by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and his petition to appeal to the Wisconsin Supreme Court was denied. Presently pending before this court is petitioner...
