In a nonjury trial submitted on the transcript of the preliminary hearing and additional evidence, appellants Nancy Chambers and Karel Zboril were convicted on two counts of sale, etc., of marijuana (Health & Saf. Code, § 11360, subd. (a)). As to each appellant, probation was granted and count II was dismissed in the interests of justice.
