An information charged defendant with one count of possession of heroin for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351, subd. (a)). Following the trial court's denial of his motion to quash and traverse the search warrant (Pen. Code, § 1538.5), he pleaded guilty. He appeals from the ensuing judgment.
