Appellants Robert Stanley and Glenn McGee were charged in Grant Superior Court with burglary, Ind. Code § 35-43-2-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.), and arson, Ind. Code § 35-43-1-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.). They were tried jointly to a jury and convicted on both counts. The trial court sentenced appellant McGee to determinate terms of ten years on each count.
