The Workmen's Compensation Bureau appeals from a district court consolidated judgment to increase awards made by the Bureau. The Bureau originally awarded compensation on a 50% aggravation basis in a medical expense claim filed by Rollin Balliet and a death benefit claim filed by Agnes Balliet after the death of Rollin Balliet.
