The Claimant-appellee suffered a compensable injury to his left eye which arose out of and in the course of his employment with the Respondent-appellant. The Claimant was initially injured May 8, 1972 while operating a motor patrol for the Respondent. As a result of this injury, the Claimant's left eye was operated on and treated.
