This is an appeal by Carlos Nava from a default judgment entered against him in favor of appellee, Nationwide Financial Corporation. Nationwide brought suit against Nava in the district court of Karnes County, Texas, seeking judgment for the amount allegedly due on a retail installment contract for a mobile home, seeking a writ of sequestration and foreclosure of a security interest in the mobile home.
