The defendants, Sterling and Norma Campbell, seasonably appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court, Lincoln County, entered following acceptance of a referee's report pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 53 (e)(2). This report upheld the position of the plaintiff, Richard Hodgdon, Jr., who sought by way of declaratory judgment to quiet title to a parcel of land contiguous to the property of the defendants.
