Appellee Carris Plumbing, Inc., as contractor, contracted to do plumbing work for appellant S & H Investment and Development Corporation, as owner. The contract provided: "Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance." The owner insured with Continental Insurance Company.
