Code § 35-41-5-2 (Burns 1979 Repl.); four counts of possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, Ind. Code § 35-48-4-7 (Burns 1979 Repl.); and one count of possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, Ind. Code § 35-48-4-6 (Burns 1979 Repl.). He was sentenced to eighteen years...
