Defendants assign as error that there was no competent evidence in the record to support Finding of Fact No. 9, that the cause of the fall was unknown, and Finding of Fact No. 10, that claimant was injured by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, and the conclusions of law based thereon. Defendant further argues that Finding of Fact No. 4 does not support the findings of fact or conclusions of law.
