Plaintiffs, Bennett and Joyce Reimer, brought this action for fraudulent concealment against Arlene Leshtz, defendant. Plaintiffs allege that, prior to the purchase of defendant's house, defendant made oral representations that there was no water leakage in the basement. Contrary to the alleged assurances, the basement did leak, as it allegedly had on past occasions...
