["the Association"] against Local 144, Hotel, Hospital, Nursing Home and Allied Services Union ["the Union"] and Sidney Wolff in New York State Supreme Court. The Association sought, and was granted, a temporary restraining order, which precluded Sidney A. Wolff from hearing any further arbitration disputes...
