Petitioner, William Price, has filed a petition, dated May 29, 1980, for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. After his first trial ended in a mistrial entered upon his own motion, petitioner was convicted of two counts of burglary in the first degree and felonious possession of a weapon.
