This is a redhibitory action in which the plaintiff, Darryl Hoychick, sued Gulf States Toyota, Inc. and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. to obtain a reduction of the purchase price of a 1978 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon, plus damages and attorney's fees.
