This appeal arises from an order overruling a plea of privilege. Appellee, Steve's Oil Field Services, Inc., brought suit in its county of residence alleging a violation of the usury statutes, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-1.01 et seq.
