Garner and Roger Hardy appeal from a judgment entered by the Burleigh County district court on March 6, 1979, for the State Bank of Burleigh County Trust Company ("Bank") and against All-American Sub, Inc., David C. Garner, Jerome R. Jekel, Joseph O. Skaff, and Roger Hardy in the sum of $25,469.84. We affirm.
