PER CURIAM:

Thomas J. McFarland, II, was convicted following a nonjury trial of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. On the possession count, he was sentenced to serve two years in prison and three years on special parole; on the conspiracy count, he received three years of imprisonment and three years of special parole.
