Defendant was indicted for the crimes of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law, § 160.15, subd 4), burglary in the first degree (Penal law, § 140.30, subd 4) and grand larceny in the second degree (Penal Law, § 155.35). Following plea bargaining negotiations, defendant was allowed to enter a plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the second degree. He was then sentenced to an indeterminate term of imprisonment...
