PER CURIAM.

Upon review of the evidence in this case, it is clear the trial court erred in finding no negligence on the part of Appellee in failing in a timely manner to perform its duty as a stock transfer agent. The judgment is reversed and this cause is remanded to the trial court to enter judgment for Appellant and to assess damages against Appellee for Appellant.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
