PILKINTON, Judge.

This is an eminent domain case. Appellees Mr. and Mrs. Olen L. Fulmer as landowners were awarded $18,000 as just compensation for a right-of-way easement taken by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, the appellant, for an underground telephone line. Southwestern Bell has appealed claiming there is no substantial evidence to support the verdict.
