OPINION

KAUFFMAN, Justice.

After a 1977 jury trial in Philadelphia, appellant, Daniel Brown, was convicted of murder of the third degree and possession of an instrument of crime. Appellant's post-verdict motions were denied, and he filed this appeal.1 We affirm.
